Improved visibility and clarity always creates more options, choices, and above all, deeply powerful growth and sustained change.

At Leadership Enthusiast, your coach is part sounding board, truth teller (even the truths you don’t want to hear), and guide. You are setting the direction you want to go, and your coach has complete belief that you will get there. To help you on your learning journey, assumptions are thoughtfully challenged, and powerful questions are asked to illuminate fresh perspectives and broaden your thinking. Along the way, we co-create experiments to practice new skills or ways of thinking and then look for learning in every coaching session. Every coaching engagement is completely confidential, absent of judgement, and rooted in a trusted partnership.

A note about 360’s

A core belief at Leadership Enthusiast is that developing skills and abilities (or breaking bad habits) requires good data from multiple sources. We are particularly excited about the work of our friends at Shift Positive. Rather than focusing on weaknesses or ineffective behaviors, their 360 approach leverages elements of positive psychology, transparency, and social support to help people take a solution-focused approach to their development. We are certified in these 360 practices and have seen it benefit not just the person being coached, but the broader team as well.
