Coaching Labs

When you are surrounded by really smart, thoughtful, creative people, you want to hear what they have to say.  You want to discover how they approach challenges and solve problems.  How they succeed and what they learn when they fail.  Leadership Enthusiast’s Coaching Labs offer participants an exclusive opportunity for peer to peer learning and ongoing leadership development in an informal setting.   

 
 
 

Expected Outcomes

  • Deepen leadership capability on a continuing and ongoing basis

  • Learn from peers at similar level, but varied experience

  • Expand perspective and diversity of thought

  • Address strategic team and people issues

  • Build practical coaching skills to use with others

  • Create a trusted partner network across company and/or industry

  • Experiment with concepts that inspire ways we lead our work and people

Ideal participants

  • High potential leaders that are committed to their own development and helping peers do the same

How it works

  • 6-8 participants at similar levels/experience commit to a Coaching Lab for 12 sessions total

  • Facilitated by Julie, each session is curated to the needs of the group and/or organizational needs

  • Sessions take place each month and are 90 minutes (virtual for now)

  • Participants contribute to group problem solving and healthy exchange of ideas

  • Models and frameworks are frequently introduced to expand perspective and provide participants with additional tools to increase ability

  • Each participant also gets 4 one-hour 1:1 coaching sessions with Julie (1 session per quarter)

  • Confidential safe space is created to explore even the trickiest challenges

  • Coaching Labs are built to connect and serve leaders in the games/entertainment industry, but they can also be organized as a program within a company.
